New in v1.3: IP Packet size for dial-up connections automatically adjusted based on connection speed, limited server functionality for a dialup PPTP IP connection, Winsock2 support, all of the networking features and fixes found in Windows 98's DUN client Upgrade Meter: 3

Note: MS DUN 1.3 has reportedly caused connectivity issues for a small number of users (i.e. it apparently is not installing properly on some computers); as a result, please exercise caution if/when installing v1.3 (hence the Upgrade Meter rating of '3') and have a backup system in place (just in case).
