The feature-rich WinNc.net file manager claims to bring back the best of the 80's with an abundance of goodies packed into a Norton Commander-esque file manager interface. While we found that WinNC.net does in fact offer many things missing in Windows Explorer, it often does them in ways that will leave many users confused.
