PolyView is a graphics viewer and conversion utility specifically designed for Windows 95/98 and Windows NT/2000 platforms. BMP, GIF, JPEG, photo-cd, PNG, and TIFF files can be viewed and manipulated with PolyView. Tools for graphics manipulation include color enhance, contrast, embossing, engraving, neon, and brightness, as well as rotation and red/green balance commands.
