PMMail 2000 is the flagship product of the PMMail line and features many elements required by today's businesses – small or large – to communicate effectively with their customers. The client itself comes in two formats — PMMail 2000 Standard and PMMail 2000 Professional. The user interfaces for both editions are exceptionally easy to navigate, requiring very little intervention in actual setup and use of the program's many functions.

The Professional version of PMMail 2000 allows users to send encrypted e-mail messages using the de facto highest standard of encryption, PGP (Pretty Good Privacy), which has been integrated into the product through a special licensing agreement with Network Associates, Inc.
