Exploring Office 2007: Working with Sequentially Numbered Tickets in Word 2007

While this document creates only five tickets you can quickly copy the bottom four rows (not the top one), and paste these into the table. If you do this repeatedly you can quickly create a document of, say, 20 pages, giving you 100 tickets.

If you need more tickets, return to the document and to the first cell in the first row of page 1. Display the field code in the top left cell of the table on page 1 by clicking inside the number and press Shift + F9.

Change the seed number (the next value would be 1100), and press Shift + F9 to hide the code again. Press Ctrl + A, F9 and you instantly have a document with the next 100 tickets ready for printing.
