JasCapture is part of Jasc's (the same makers of Paint Shop Pro) Profession Capture Systems client. The 16-bit app allows you to press a hot key in order to easily capture any client, window, image, or specified area of the desktop and either save it to disk, print it, or copy it to the clipboard. JasCapture is extremely easy to use and comes with a complete set of help documentation.
