With version 3 of QuickTime, Apple has integrated a plug-in version of the player that works with versions 3.x and higher of both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. The plug-in allows you to watch inline QuickTime files from within your favorite Web browser.
The QuickTime 3 player also includes built-in QuickTime VR components and sports cool new features like scaled movies (for playback of movies at different sizes, caching of movies, and QuickTime VR Hot Spots (like Web hotlinks but the links are contained within QTVR movies).
