Aureate/Radiate Remover
Before Removing Radiate Files on your Computer
Forrest Stroud

Before Removing Radiate Files on your Computer

Of course, Radiate would prefer that you not uninstall its files at all, but in light of the recent reports about Aureate operating as spyware (the Aureate Spying Case is covered extensively in our Featured News Story this month), they realize not all users will feel the same way. Radiate does urge anyone considering removal of their software to first review an informative report from Radiate concerning the spyware reports at http://www.radiate.com/privacy/falserumors.html.

The removal tool itself is extremely simple and straightforward. Just download the remove.exe file, run the file, and select the 'Yes' button if you do want to remove the files. It should be noted that Radiate includes a warning stating that removal of the DLL files may cause other programs that use the files to stop working. While we have yet to encounter any problems after running the remove.exe file, the warning should still be considered carefully.
