Overall, the Second Edition is a solid upgrade for Windows 98 that should definitely be featured on new computer systems as a replacement for the initial release, but it isn't such a no-brainer for those Windows 98 users already utilizing the Windows 98 Update site.

Pros: Internet Connection Sharing, IE 5.0, Windows 98 bug fixes and app updates

Cons: Most of the app updates and bug fixes are available separately for free
