In Summary While not exactly must-have applications, the IE Power Toys set does make for a great addition to your existing set of Windows management tools.
Pros: Helpful tools for getting the most out of IE 4.0, ability to create your own toys Cons: Although useful, these are not absolute, must-have tools; only works with IE4; discontinued and no longer supported by Microsoft
