CuteFTP has a nice, user-friendly interface. It basically has a toolbar and four different windows. The top window is your status window. It tells you where you’re connecting, the commands and locations that you’re entering, and even errors that take place. The second and third windows are side by side and offer an easy way to see what’s on your hard drive and what's on the FTP server. Beneath that is another window for the files you are downloading. After your 30-day trial period, unless you register your version of CuteFTP for $39.95 ($9.95 for upgrade), a banner ad will remain displayed below the toolbar. There are other free FTP clients that you could download, but I recommend you go ahead and register CuteFTP, especilly if you are a frequent FTP user.
