InkLine Global RedBox Organizer 2.2
RedBox Organizer Version 2.2
Douglas Smith

RedBox Organizer is an excellent program for organizing your day to day task in a very unique little PIM that provides a ton of tools to tackle life's daily duties. You have a very colorful toolbar which gives you instant access to Calendar, To-Do, Planner, Address, Notes, Link Manager, Anniversary, Reports, and Reminder modules. RedBox Organizer can be used by multiple users, each with their own password. You can dial phone numbers straight from the program, import data in column-based text format, and export to a text file. RedBox Organizer also features an excellent help system, lots of options, a pleasing layout, and attractive interface graphics. Some of the neat new features in this version are;

Web Publisher tool
In Version 2.2, you can make Web presentations for records from Address Book. This means that, by putting your Address Book Web presentation on a server, you will be able to share data from Address Book with anyone in the world who has access to Internet or your Intranet local network.

Send E-mail from Address Book
If there is an e-mail address at any field in the Address Book, the default e-mail client will be started by clicking once on an e-mail address. RedBox Address Book has now become a convenient place for recording all your e-mail addresses. Possibility to link Address Book records which contain e-mail addresses with data from other sections of RedBox, is a feature which is not available in any e-mail client application on the market. Maybe this is the reason why you should use RedBox as your default Address Book.Combining RedBox with your favourite e-mail client will definitely enable you to work in a better, more efficient and more flexible manner.

Make phone calls directly from Address Book
If there is a phone number at any field in the Address Book, default phone client will be started by clicking once on the phone number.

New look & feel
Small and big toolbars have been redesigned and new icons  have been drawn. Toolbars now have a better look & feel.

Default Address Book field
When you create a new user, two types of address book appear in the Address Book: friends and business. Default fields contained in those two types of address book consist  of e-mail and url adresses and phone numbers. This could help you in creating a new Internet address book when you create a new user. If you are not satisfied with the fields  offered by RedBox itself, go to Options/Address Book and fill in default types of address book.

Summary
If you are looking for a really nice Personal Information Manager jump on over to Inkline Global and try this beauty. RedBox Organizer is well worth a download. We love it here and you will to. RedBox Organizer is available for $39.95 US and system requirements are Windows 95, 98 or NT.
