Throughout this review we have hit on various features that we felt were worth mentioning and that you the reader would probably ask about this software package. As you can see with the many improvements with this version a lot of thought and planning has gone in. We couldn't tell you everything about the product in this limited allotted space but we are confident that you will try the limited trial copy from the NetObjects Fusion Site and give it a spin yourself, and at that point you can be the judge. From the testing that we did with NetObjects Fusion MX and the various machines and Operating Systems that we tried it on we were quite pleased. Not being Web Development Experts ourselves, using NetObjects Fusion MX made this review all that much more enjoyable for me since the learning curve was quite easy to say the least. Creating a great Website in record time is what a true WYSIWYG software package is suppose to be all about, and with NetObjects Fusion MX we were able to do just that.
As we mentioned earlier based on other Web creation tools available today and based on cost verses what you are able to do in a short time with limited experience, NetObjects Fusion MX is basically in a class by itself. If you plan on using NetObjects Fusion MX you will need at least a Pentium class PC (Pentium 200 or higher recommended), with Win95/98/NT/2000/ME and 50 MB of hard disk space with 100 MB for full install. You will also need at least 32 MB of RAM with (64 MB recommended) and if you plan on using an external database connectivity you will need a 32-bit ODBC driver of some type. TCP/IP is needed for Internet connectivity and a display of at least 800 X 600 pixels at 256 colors or more along with a CD-ROM drive for installation. A mouse or compatible pointing device will also be needed!
