ePrompter Setup Has Never Been So Easy Douglas Smith
Installation and setup of ePrompter is rather simple. Just select which drive and directory to put the program into. After installation the interface is placed on the desktop--with eight account images the maximum allowable at this time. The setup for each account inputs account information and the type of account (i.e., POP3, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL version 5 or higher), account password, and even an access password for systems that might be shared with others, keeping secure any mail that might arrive when not around. Then continue setting up up to seven more accounts. From the setup pull down on the main interface select the frequency of email checks from never to 12 hour intervals, and the type of notification to receive when mail arrives. Under the main pulldown, update all accounts anytime or interrupt a mail check in progress. As mail arrives there is a neat little rotating tray icon that shows the number of messages for each account when it is active. During setup there is a different color given by default to each account, which can be changed.
