E-ICQ enables you to join interest groups and receive information about issues related to the topics listed on the E-ICQ Web page. Clicking the Services button, and choosing E-ICQ, Add E-ICQs will direct you to the Web page.
This feature has ample room for expansion, as currently there are only a few E-ICQs available. This service is sure to balloon very shortly, as do most ICQ services. As it is now, three choices aren't going to do it.
